Maintenance 

We are drawing up a programme of planned works to help us to make sure that all of our tenants’ homes are safe and energy efficient.

Starting in the autumn, we will begin replacing fixtures and fittings which have come to the end of their lives and can no longer be maintained. To help us plan this programme, we have been carrying out surveys of the condition of our tenant’s homes so that we know exactly what work needs to be completed and which areas are our priorities.
We will contact everyone who is included in the 2019/20 programme from September onwards to let them know what work will be carried out, when and by which service provider. Our contractors will also continue to contact people to arrange surveys so that we can plan any replacements or upgrades which will be needed during the remainder of our five-year programme.
