Focus Groups

What is it?

A focus group is a form of  research in which a group of people are asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards any of our services. Questions are asked in an interactive group setting where participants are free to talk with other group members. Focus groups are organised when different issues want to be debated or reports created. It is anticipated they will be every 6 months.

Why do you need me?

It gives Suffolk Housing the opportunity to get input from people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives all at once. It allows us to learn about the perception our residents have about us as landlords.

What’s in it for me?

A chance to participate in a group with others to air your views and be listened to by Suffolk Housing. It has a more informal setting that other panels, hopefully encouraging and supporting residents to raise different issues.
