What is it?

A group of residents who volunteer to receive our updated or new policies, publications or printed information we provide. They give us feedback on areas such as:- is the document easy to read, how it looks and could it be improved. The documents are sent to you so you can review them in the comfort of your own home, spending on average 4 hours a month.

Why do you need me?

We need a residents perspective on the information we give out and can it be easily understood by all.

What is in it for me?

You can gain skills and the confidence to analyse and make suggestions for improvement. You will be listened to and will receive a summary of the changes we make based upon your recommendations. Upon your approval the document will be given the ‘Resident Approved’ stamp.
