As part of our desire to learn and improve any residents who have repairs carried out will be contacted via email with 30 days and asked complete a survey. By completing the survey you will be providing information that will help us to improve how:
- we handle phone calls
- manage our repairs contractor
- how we manage anti social behaviour
- listen and communicate with our residents
As a thank you for completing the survey, which will only take 2-3 minutes, at the end of the year you will be entered into a draw and have a chance of winning the decoration of a room of your choice.
