You can pay rent in the following ways:
OnlineYou can
pay your rent online using PayPoint.
Direct debitYou can set up a direct debit payment to automatically pay your rent from your bank account on the first of each month.
To set up a payment, download a
direct debit form or call us on

Once we have received the form, it takes three weeks to set up this type of payment.
Through our officeYou can pay by cash, cheque, postal order or credit/debit card, by phoning us on
01284 767224 or visiting our office. View the

Post OfficeYou can pay by bank Giro credit with cash or cheque at any post office in the UK. The Post Office may charge you for this service.
Standing orderYou can pay by standing order from many bank accounts. You can set up a standing order online if you have internet banking or by visiting your bank. You will need our bank details below to set this up.

Bank Giro CreditYou can pay by cheque or cash at any bank. You may have to pay a fee unless you are a bank customer or you pay at Barclays. To ask us for a bank giro paying in book, call

email us with your name and the first line of your address. Put 'paying in book' as the subject of your email.
Debit/Credit Card/SwitchYou can pay from your bank account by debit/Switch card, or by credit card including Electron and Solo. Simply phone our office on
01284 767224 and we will process your payment.
By postYou can post cheques/postal orders (please do not send cash) to our offices. Please make them payable to Suffolk Housing Society and send them to the
office address – don’t forget to put your address on the back of the cheque or postal order.
CollectionIn exceptional circumstances (for example, if you’re house-bound), we will visit your home to collect your rent. Simply phone our office on
