What we do

Suffolk Housing Society provides and manages over 1,450 homes. Most of these are in the form of "general needs" housing and are let on assured tenancies to people in housing need at affordable rents. They range in size from small one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses. We also provide:

  • homes for sale on shared ownership terms
  • homes for key workers
  • sheltered housing for older people who need care and support
  • homes for other vulnerable groups needing care and support
