EAC Elderly Accommodation Counsel
A registered charity which provides free, impartial
advice to older people and their representatives. The
advice covers a broad spectrum of options from "staying
put" through sheltered housing for sale and to
rent to nursing care and its funding. The organisation
has a database of some 45,000 sheltered housing and
