However, it is important that you get written consent from us before you start the work.
Here are some examples of work that we consider to be improvements:
- Putting up an aerial
- Adding or altering anything including the fixtures and fittings we provide e.g. replacing the kitchen units
- Redecorating the outside of your home
- Altering services to your home e.g. fitting a shower or outside tap.
