Choice Based Lettings

These schemes let you take a more active role in choosing your next home.

Once you have registered you can bid for a home. All available homes are advertised to those registered over a one or two week period depending on the scheme. Certain rules may apply to which homes you can bid for depending on your priority level.

At the end of this period, the home is offered to the person with the highest priority or greatest level of need. If you are successful you will contacted by the relevant agency about what to do next.
