Steve Clarke, FCIH
Chief Executive
Steve joined us in January 1982. He has been involved in the housing association movement for almost 30 years as a chief officer and is broadly experienced in development, financial and housing matters.
He is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Housing and has served on the Regional Executive Committee of the
National Housing Federation. He is a director of
Iceni Homes and
Linnet Property Management, a member of the Society’s Board of Management and an ex-offical member of our Finance & Audit and Resident Services Committees.
He represents the National Housing Federation on the Suffolk Housing Officers’ Group and is also a board member of Foundation East.
Steve Pugh, BA (Hons) FCCA
Finance Director
Steve joined us in April 2003. With 20 years’ experience in accountancy and finance, he has previously worked for the NHS, Greene King and Eastern Electricity, having begun his professional career in practice with accountants, BDO Binder Hamlyn. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a director of
Linnet Property Management.
Sue Philp, BA (Hons) FCIH
Operations Director
Sue joined us in July 2005 from the Church Commissioners in London where she was residential asset manager. She has more than 25 years’ experience of working in housing with a range of experience in the public, independent and private sectors. She is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Housing. She has also served on the boards of five voluntary and statutory organisations.
