Did you know?- We operate within a 40-mile radius of our headquarters in Bury St Edmunds, managing nearly 2,000 homes across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Norfolk.
- We have four sheltered schemes for older people in Ipswich, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds and Thurston, which are managed by our scheme co-ordinators.
- We have made a commitment in our business plan to build at least 60 new homes every year. We partner a range of different organisations (especially district councils) to develop schemes that meet local needs. The map shows how many homes we have in each district.
- We are an equal stakeholder in Iceni Homes, a joint venture company providing development services for housing associations, and also a member of the Key Communities development partnership.
- We employ 30 staff, most of whom are based at our headquarters in St Botolph’s Lane, Bury St Edmunds.
- We were re-accredited to the Investor in People standard in November 2008, which we first achieved in 1999.
- We have also been awarded the “two ticks” disability symbol as a “Positive about Disabled People” organisation, which recognises our commitment to good practice in employing disabled people.
- We wholly own a subsidiary company, Linnet Property Management, which we established in December 2000. Linnet operates as a commercial landlord providing property management services and managing market rent accommodation.
